After years of managing offices for the big brands like Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, it was time to open a new brokerage with a more localized and personal feel.  A boutique company with style and integrity -- Artisan Real Estate, Inc. --  Home of Skilled Agents.

I have travelled the state of Florida (also living in Venice and the Florida Keys as well as trained and supported agents all over the state) and I came back to the Tampa Bay region to service the vibrant coastal community I love and have called "home" since 2013.  Artisan Real Estate, Inc. strives to provide top notch customer service with educated, and savvy agents that understand all the ins and outs of selling and buying a home in Florida.  

I learned about real estate sitting at the kitchen table listening to my parents discuss their own business transactions in Nebraska --- come to find out, there are 5 generations of real estate professionals on my Mother's side of the family going back to the "land grab" and mining eras in Colorado in the 1800's. So, I can honestly call myself a 5th generation real estate PRO! It's in my blood! Working honestly and ethically along with having a breadth of contract knowledge, and razor sharp negotiation skills, I will do my best to market your home, find your dream home, or just be your Realtor consultant for life. I also have a vast network of Realtors in Florida and nationally that I trust and can refer business!
